TO USE THIS SITE AND SOFTWARE

ConstantCMS (a.k.a. CCMS) is an Application based service and subject to the ConstantCMS license agreement. If you intend NOT to abide by the license, policy or rules, then do not proceed no further.

A few key points "ConstantCMS" wishes to burn into your brain:

License Agreement and Policy

You may not copy, re-engineer, borrow, steal, or use any part of ConstantCMS without subjecting yourself to a team of lawyers ready to blow fire in your face. We have successfully litigated against past offenders of our software and products. If needing our Attorney's Information so if you decide to do so. You may not use ConstantCMS in any manner which jeopardizes its functionality or reflects negatively upon its reputation as a legitimate and unique Content Management System. (ConstantCMS is not responsible for your actions)

ConstantCMS may be used in conjunction with other software and services, contextual ads (like AdSense), paid ads, banners, affiliate programs and other e-commerce endeavors, but only if you follow strictly the policies of the ad or affiliate provider. (ConstantCMS is not responsible for your actions)

ConstantCMS offers no REFUND at all. If you are in doubt about your continued use of ConstantCMS, don't go no further.

ConstantCMS will provide training an ('extra fee') training for end-users.

Sharing your ConstantCMS License Key with unauthorized users is not permitted.

Websites and IP to the websites are tracked using the License Key. If found that an attempt to install this program on another website is made, ConstantCMS has the Right to revoke the End-User's License without notice and NO refund will be given. (Refunds are not given on Software Purchases which are not tangilbe items.)

Updates and upgrades are free unless there are core upgrade, or when directed by any policy set forth by ConstantCMS and it's Companies. If not up to date we reserve the right to allow any further usages or upgrades of the software.

We reserve the right to terminate the usage to ConstantCMS at anytime.
